Clean&Cosy hecht veel waarde aan de bescherming van jouw persoonsgegevens. In dit privacybeleid lees je hoe wij omgaan met jouw gegevens wanneer je onze website bezoekt of een bestelling plaatst via https://cleanandcosy.shop.

2. Welke gegevens verzamelen wij?
Bij het bezoeken van onze website of plaatsen van een bestelling, kunnen wij de volgende persoonsgegevens verwerken:

- Betaalgegevens (via een beveiligde betaalprovider)
- IP-adres
- Gegevens over jouw surfgedrag op onze website

Clean&Cosy bewaart jouw gegevens niet langer dan nodig is om de doelen te realiseren waarvoor jouw gegevens worden verzameld. In de meeste gevallen is dit:
- Bestelgegevens: 7 jaar (i.v.m. de fiscale bewaarplicht)
- Nieuwsbriefgegevens: tot je je afmeldt
- Klantgegevens: maximaal 2 jaar na laatste bestelling of contactmoment
5. Delen met derden
Wij delen jouw gegevens uitsluitend met derde partijen als dit noodzakelijk is voor de uitvoering van onze dienstverlening. Denk aan:
- Betaalproviders (bijv. Mollie, Klarna)
- Bezorgdiensten (bijv. PostNL, DHL)
- Boekhouder of accountant
- Hostingpartij van de website
Met deze partijen is een verwerkersovereenkomst afgesloten.
